About the Role
We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven senior professional to join our team as a Theatre Sales Associate. This role requires a candidate with sales experience, who is comfortable working in a theatre environment, has a willingness to learn anatomy, is capable of being on-call to attend cases when necessary, and is familiar with and eager to grow within the medical device industry.
Requirements
3-5 years experience in orthopaedic medical device sales
Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory
Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the assigned territory.
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and hospital staff to understand their needs and tailor product recommendations accordingly.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct regular product demonstrations and training sessions to educate healthcare professionals on the -features and benefits of our medical devices.
